The ad created an uproar because the image glamourizes gang rape. The way the woman’s hands are held above her head shows her submissiveness and her body languages states that she has given into the demands of the male and might even enjoy forced sex. After all the men are wearing Dolce and Gabbana. Why wouldn’t a woman want them even if she is forced?
The long term psychological effects of ads like these on the male psyche are dire as they begin to see the female body that can be used, abused and disposed.
